Tasting notes

The best Blanc de Noirs, such as this one, are made only from Pinot Noir rather than from a mixture of black grapes. Made for us by Alexandre Bonnet, a small house that grows its own grapes near Les Riceys in the Aube, the most southerly part of Champagne. Ripe fruit flavours and a biscuity character.
