Chenin Blanc
Although it's grown around the world, Chenin Blanc thrives in the cool climates of South Africa's Western Cape and the Loire Valley in Vouvray, France. It can be light and zesty, honeyed and floral or dry and sparkling, which means it goes brilliantly with many foods, such as turkey, trout, mushrooms and soft cheese.
