    Perrier-Jouët

In 1811 Pierre-Nicolas Perrier married Adèle Jouët, and an iconic champagne house was born.

Perrier-Jouët was the first to display the year of the vintage on its bottles and was one of the first champagne houses not to produce vintage wines when a vintage was not up to standard.

Perrier-Jouët has been served to Kings and Queens across the world including Queen Victoria, Napoleon III and Princess Grace of Monaco.

In the last 2 centuries, there have only been 7 cellar masters at Perrier-Jouët.Each taking time to perfect the Perrier-Jouët style.

Hervé Deschamps has been cellar master since 1993 and has spent his time create an unique wine that expresses all the characteristic elegance and finesse of the House of Perrier-Jouët.

Tasting Note Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV

Perrier-Jouët and Art Nouveau, the first signs of this collaboration was in 1902 when Emile Gallé, one of the movement's most celebrated artists, designed a swirl of anemones wreathed in gold for the Perrier-Jouët bottle.

This partnerships continues today with Perrier-Jouët working with many celebrated artists.

This excellent Champagne from Perrier-Jouët has delicate flavours of peach, honey and citrus. With its instantly recognisable label, it graces any event.

The palate is round and fresh with a long, lingering finish. Perfect with food, this Champagne lends itself to fish terrine, scallops or oysters shucked with a drop of lemon juice.

Perfect food match

marinated Monkfish with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut

Monkfish

This is a deliciously decadent Champagne that deserves a suitably elegant accompaniment. Try with monkfish in a lime and butter.
