Aromatic and spicy – perfect with lemonade or bitter lemon
A sweet blend of fortified wine, herbs, spices and a little quinine. First sold in 1846 by Joseph Dubonnet in response to a competition by the French Government to encourage soldiers to drink quinine to help combat malaria.
