This is a mature wine from Valdepeñas that shows the characteristic strawberry fruit character of Tempranillo with a softness from extended ageing. Grapes from 30-year-old vines were treated to a slow fermentation before seven years of maturation (including two in oak). This would be a good match for pan-fried duck.
Alc vol: 13.5% | Line no: 045811
A deep, opulent ruby-red wine with an aromatic nose and palate, showing intense red berry fruit flavours and a hint of spice. It has a sweet, long
finish and, in comparison with an Argentinian Malbec, will taste softly plummier. This has the scale and intensity to work with big flavours,
such as chilli con carne.
Alc vol: 14% | Line no: 099531
A spicy red from Guigal, one of France's top producers, with big bold favours of dark fruits and an attractive peppery note. The blend is predominantly of
Syrah grapes with a proportion of Grenache and Mourvèdre to lend the wine complexity. This is a wine that would be ideal partnered with red meats or rich lentil dishes.

make this a great match for roast pork or duck. A versatile yet elegant addition to any dinner table. This blend was specially selected by our buying

A soft-textured modern-style claret, this is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Full of red fruit favours with notes of tobacco
and spice, this delicious red is elegant and charming enough to be drunk on its own, or with hearty dishes such as mushroom stroganoff or shepherd's pie.

The grapes for this wine come from selected vineyards in the Rapel Valley. Premium fruit is key to producing this great quality, sweetly-spiced red, with
flavours of cassis and black cherry, hints of tobacco and soft texture. Full of flavour and style, it is very versatile with food – try with Mediterranean vegetable dishes, earthy stews, lamb or pizza.
