Tasting Notes

Fresh Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Grown on the banks of the river Loire in the Touraine region, the Grand Ballon is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on 25-year-old vines. It’s a zesty white with notes of grass, herbs, lemon and lime. Delightful on it’s own, this wine is also great with seafood starters.

Light and fresh this wine goes really well with a combination of crab, prawns and mussels with a subtle lemon mayo dressing.
