3 x Ara Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough, New Zealand

Alc vol: 12.5% | Line no: 441816
Ara's wines are produced from its sustainably managed vineyard in the most southwestern corner of Marlborough and deliver an intense and unmistakable purity. More elegant than many of its Marlborough competitors, this displays pronounced grapefruit aromatics with restrained mineral and flinty characters on the palate and a fresh finish.

3 x Waitrose Foundation Chenin Blanc
Cederberg, South Africa

Alc vol: 13.5% | Line no: 582921
This deliciously fresh and citrus fruit-driven Chenin hails from one of the Cape's most dramatic vineyards located 1,000m above sea level. Like the Shiraz in the same range, this wine is produced in partnership with Cederberg Wine Farm, with money from every bottle sold supporting community projects chosen by the farm workers and their families.

3 x Monte Majone Chianti Classico
Tuscany, Italy

Alc vol: 13% | Line no: 682609
This delicious Chianti Classico hails from the medieval estate of Castello d'Albola in Radda – just north of Siena – which is well known for producing supremely elegant wines. This blend displays delicate scents of violets, lovely ripe red fruit flavours and a velvety finish. Fantastic with roast lamb and all the trimmings.

3 x Anciano Tempranillo Gran Reserva
Valdepeñas, Spain

Alc vol: 13.5% | Line no: 763607
This is a mature wine from Valdepeñas that shows the characteristic strawberry fruit character of Tempranillo with a softness from extended ageing. Grapes from 30-year-old vines were treated to a slow fermentation before seven years of maturation (including two in oak). This would be a good match for pan-fried duck.
