A high-quality cava crafted in partnership with Castillo Perelada, one of the top family-owned producers in Spain. Made mainly from the Parellada grape grown high in the Alt Penedès on chalky soils. The predominant variety and the cool growing conditions give a wine with finesse and crisp fruit purity.

Expert Review

Cool cava made by the family-owned Castillo Perelada in north-east Spain. Lemony with a whiff of hazelnuts (a good thing). Food Pairing: Crisps is fine, but smoked mackerel on toast would be better.
