Made in Catalonia from the local Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeo grapes, this is a superior cava with a full-flavoured yet gentle apple-crisp mousse of palate-cleansing bubbles and sufficient vinosity to make it both a good apéritif and partner for one-off dishes like fish and chips.
Lively, zippy and herby, this has attractive apple and citrus fruit, as well as a bit of zesty grapefruit flavour. It's clean, pure and very good indeed.
Lively, fruit and refined , this Cava will carry you sucessfully through the season.
Fresh and clean, this excellent cava is a lovely accompaniment to your traditional fish and chips. The crisp acidity of the wine cuts through the rich batter, and helps to bring out the fresh, fish flavours of the dish. The saltiness of the chips and the subtle vinegar notes combine well with the subtle biscuit tones of the wine. Serve with mushy peas and bread and butter!
