Three fabulous wines showcasing the best of Burgundian white
Chardonnay's spiritual home is Burgundy. Try a fresh, mineral Chablis from the north, a richly elegant Saint-Aubin from the Côte de Beaune, and a smooth Montagny from further south.
An excellent premier cru Chardonnay from the Côte Châlonnaise village of Montagny in the south of Burgundy, the source of some great-value wines. This wine shows plenty of concentrated citrus and melon fruit flavours and an attractive round, smooth texture. Enjoy with roast chicken or a luxury white fish pie.

The pedigree of Vaillons really shines through in the classic, flinty mineral character of this wine. Delicate citrus fruit is balanced with just a hint of oak, a hallmark of the domaine, and a very long finish. William Fèvre has excellent vineyard holdings throughout the premier cru Chablis classification. This is the perfect wine to serve with fish or shellfish.

This barrel-fermented Chardonnay comes from one of the most esteemed producers in Saint-Aubin. Typical of the style of the appellation, this wine has a rich, full bouquet and supple fruit. The added roundness from the barrel fermentation would make this a good match for poultry in cream sauces or a veal and ham pie.
