Bin number:

1 x Montes Reserva Merlot
Colchagua Valley, Chile

Alc vol: 13.5% | Line no: 890943
The grapes for this wine come from the Colchagua Valley, where ocean breezes, slow ripening and cool nights retain acidity, giving freshness to the wines. This is ruby red, with intensely aromatic strawberry and plum notes, plus jam and spice. French oak lends balance and hints of vanilla, toast and caramel.

1 x Vista Flores Malbec Zuccardi
Uco Valley, Argentina

Alc vol: 14.5% | Line no: 533530
Sebastian Zuccardi is the third generation of this family winery. His aim is to create the highest quality wines in the Uco Valley, and this Malbec emphasises everything the region has to offer. Deep in colour with sweet tannins and dark plum, blackberry and spice notes, it's just right with a juicy steak.

1 x Johann Wolf Pinot Noir
Pfalz, Germany

Alc vol: 12.5% | Line no: 857070
Pinot Noir has a long tradition in the Pfalz region, where it is known as Spätburgunder. This has bright, juicy cherry fruit flavours and is aged in barriques to give smoky depth and fne tannins. An excellent, approachable and charming wine from one of Dr Erni Loosen's estates.

1 x Anciano Tempranillo Gran Reserva
Valdepeñas, Spain

Alc vol: 13% | Line no: 763607
This is a mature wine from Valdepeñas that shows the characteristic strawberry fruit character of Tempranillo with a softness from extended ageing. Grapes from 30-year-old vines were treated to a slow fermentation before seven years of maturation (including two in oak). This would be a good match for pan-fried duck.

1 x Melini Chianti Riserva
Tuscany, Italy

Alc vol: 13% | Line no: 626103
This intense ruby-red Chianti has a classic Tuscan profle of perfumed cherry aromas. Brightly fruity, it has a frm structure with a juicy mouthful of cherry and raspberry flavours, and soft cinnamon on the fnish. Partly aged in oak vats for eight months then further aged in the bottle, it is great with rich tomato-based pasta and red meat dishes.

1 x Château Valfontaine
Bordeaux, France

Alc vol: 12% | Line no: 768681
A soft-textured modern-style claret, this is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Full of red fruit flavours with notes of tobacco and spice, this delicious red is elegant and charming enough to be drunk on its own, or with hearty dishes such as mushroom stroganoff or shepherd's pie.
