This Scottish distillery not surprisingly has whisky at its roots, but has taken to gin with great flair. Made in a traditional copper pot still, it has a lovely traditional flavour profile of juniper and smooth spice, with a Scottish twist given by the use of heather and milk thistle. There's a softness to the texture with a note of heather wafting through in a poetic manner - I'm sure 'Rabbie' Burns would approve. "
