Description

Celebrate Christmas in style with a magnum

A stunning, classic Provence Rosé. It's packed with red berry fruit yet it is crisp, fresh & dry with a lifted fruity finish - a "white wine with attitude". Drink lightly chilled as an aperitif or with fish & white meat dishes.

It is delicious with creamy mushroom and pasta dishes or as an accompaniment to white cheese. It is, naturally, a fabulous foil for Salade Nicoise.

Grapes are selected by the B&G winemaking team led by Laurent Prada (man of fashion?), while the winemakers monitor every step to ensure the style & quality.

Provence has a classic Mediterranean climate - mild winters, warm summers, little rain. Strong Mistral winds cool the grapes in the summer heat, allowing for perfect ripening and retained freshness.
