Loved by Becky Hull, Master of Wine, Partner & wine buyer – Champagne, sparkling & rosé

Nicolas Feuillatte is one of Champagne's best kept secrets. The French drink a lot of it and are a discerning bunch when it comes to bubbles, so to say that Nicolas Feuillatte is the top-selling French Champagne brand really counts for something. This particular wine is a blanc de blancs, so just made from Chardonnay grapes (there’s no Pinot Meunier or Pinot Noir), which imbue the finished product with a heavenly butterscotch and brioche taste. This Champagne definitely deserves to be more widely appreciated and I'm excited to give it a chance to shine in the spotlight. It would team perfectly with smoked salmon or Asian-style food, although personally, I think it's stunning just sipped on its own.
