"The aim", in the words of Sebastian, is "not to seek perfect wines, but those who express the place, the region". He works to interpret the land faithfully, to express its identity in the wine, leading the growth and development of the Zuccardi range himself under this mantra.
Tasting note
This wine has expressive, complex aromas of strawberry, cherry and plum which are complemented by fresh herb and subtle notes of violets and roses. These flavours are mirrored on the palate in perfect balance with juicy acidity and smooth tannins.
