Made with Castillo Perelada, one of the top family-owned wineries in Spain. It uses a high proportion of Parellada grapes grown in the Alt Penedès, an area that benefits from cool growing conditions and chalky soils, making this an elegant wine with crisp fruit. A perfect celebratory fizz.
