When Josh Donaghay-Spire first started studying wine at the WSET he was amazed by the amount of complex chemistry behind it.

Freshness and vibrancy are key features he looks for in wines and Josh finds that English fruit really delivers on this, whether it be unique aromatic white wines, classic fizz, or a twist on a rich Chablis-esque Chardonnay.
Chapel Down English Rosé is a delicate rosé which epitomises an English summer, with aromas of strawberries and cream. Redcurrants and floral notes on the palate lead to a crisp, refreshing finish. Great served chilled with barbecued food, salads and grilled shellfish.
