from the Grechetto grape variety and is soft, light and fruity. From a brilliant
traditional producer with great heritage and meticulous attention to detail,
this is refreshing, food-friendly and a great talking point at any party.

Seven winegrowing families and a local cooperative have combined to
create this delicious Cava Reserva, which shows delicious purity of fruit and
freshness. Eighteen months’ ageing has produced delicate and fine bubbles
that tickle your tongue with the fresh flavour of crunchy apples and rich
biscuity notes. Great for celebrations.

Rich, dry and biscuity, this is an excellent sparkling wine with a refreshing citrus
character. Sparkling wines from Limoux, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrenees,
are said to pre-date Champagne. Made from 60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin
Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 5% Pinot Noir grapes, it’s perfect as an apéritif and
superb with baked goat’s cheese.

The winery is named after the Bird in Hand goldmine that operated through
the 1800s. This light and refreshing fizz has a tiny hint of pink colour, with a
lively palate that evokes flavours of fresh strawberry. Delicate bubbles lead
