2 x Jackson Estate Homestead Pinot Noir
Marlborough , New Zealand

Alc vol:13.50% | Line no:486091
‘Homestead’ refers to the original Jackson Estate Homestead vines, which provide the grapes for this wine. Soft, juicy fruit is balanced and supported by subtle earth and smoke notes, adding a whisper of Burgundian style. Pure fruit places this firmly in New Zealand, though, making it ideal with salmon or poultry dishes.

2 x Lab Reserva
Lisboa , Portugal

Alc vol:14.00% | Line no:549266
This is a more structured, intense version of the Lab, made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Touriga Nacional, which contribute to a rich colour and intense berry fruit aromas. Long maturation in oak brings delicate spice, silky tannins and a long finish. Perfect with steak or rich stews. Available exclusively online at waitrosecellar.com

2 x Cuvée Balthazar Syrah
S France , France

Alc vol:13.50% | Line no:668279
This dense wine has spicy, bramble fruit flavours that are coupled with violet and liquorice, a result of the grapes spending three weeks fermenting whole, giving freshness to the finish. This high-quality Syrah, made by oenologist (and keen windsurfer) Pierrick Harang, has a lovely soft and smooth texture, making it ideal with grilled lamb chops.
