To celebrate the 100 years since the invention of the classic sidecar cocktail, shake up your own Rémy sidecar. Pour 30ml Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 20ml Cointreau and 10ml fresh lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass, garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
