    Perrier-Jouët

In 1811 Pierre-Nicolas Perrier married Adèle Jouët, and an iconic Champagne house was born.

Perrier-Jouët was the first to display the year of the vintage on its bottles and was one of the first Champagne houses not to produce vintage wines when a vintage was not up to standard.

Perrier-Jouët has been served to Kings and Queens across the world including Queen Victoria, Napoleon III and Princess Grace of Monaco.

In the last two centuries, there have only been seven cellar masters at Perrier-Jouët. Each taking time to perfect the Perrier-Jouët style.

Hervé Deschamps has been Cellar Master since 1993 and has spent his time create an unique wine that expresses all the characteristic elegance and finesse of the House of Perrier-Jouët.

marinated Monkfish with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut

Monkfish

This is a deliciously decadent Champagne that deserves a suitably elegant accompaniment. Try with monkfish in a lime and butter.
