A delicate single malt aged in oak and then sherry wood - hence the name. This imparts soft oloroso notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Taste it and you'll pick up nuttiness, sherry and even a touch of cinnamon.

Twice is nice when it comes to distilling whisky – and DoubleWood 12-Year-Old Single Malt does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s aged in two types of wood, using a process designed by former Malt Master David C. Stewart in 1982.
Each stage adds different qualities to the whisky, giving it warming layers of vanilla spiciness and fruity, honeyed depths. Best savoured over ice, or with a few drops of water, it’s also good in cocktails.
