As much as I love a chilled bottle of pale and pared-back elegant Provence rosé, I often fancy something with a bit more oomph and fruit character. There are so many styles and flavour profiles of blush wine to choose from, so I'd encourage fellow fans to be adventurous. This one from New Zealand is dry but has tonnes of raspberry and apricot fruit and a really juicy finish – it's been my top pick of the summer. Perfect paired with burgers or grilled halloumi.
