Traditionally made, crystal clear mezcal with notes of herbs, smoke and fruit
Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico by established mezcaleros who use 100% espadin agave that's then cooked in earthern pits lined with volcanic rock. The result is a smoky, black-pepper spirit with a long silky finish.

This joven (unaged) mezcal is distilled from the espadin variety of agave by a family of fourth-generation mezcaleros in Oaxaca, one of Mexico's Appellations of Origin for the spirit. Unlike tequila, which is produced from the blue agave, mezcal can be distilled from any variety of agave plant growing on any terroir in the different soils and microclimates of the appellations – which means each harvest can taste distinct.
This elegant mezcal with its balanced hints of tamarind, pomegranate, banana and mango, aromas of mint and thyme, and delicate tones of smoke and liquorice all lead to a long, silky finish. Serve on the rocks or enjoy in a stylish Margarita.
