Pale & Dry was created in 1920 – and to celebrate 100 years of this iconic blend, Delamain has a new interpretation. Pale & Dry XO enhances the blend's defining characteristics and builds on its central vision of natural purity, while remaining faithful to its original sensory heritage.
Pale & Dry is a blend of Grande-Champagne eaux-de-vie that has been aged in seasoned French oak casks to ensure long and gentle ageing of the Cognac. No sugar or caramel is added, giving its heritage pale hue and dry finish. The nose is fragrant with fruity notes of ripe apricot and citrus followed by vanilla, and the palate is light and delicate, developing into fruit with a delectable powdery finish.
Sip with seafood, mature Comté or Cheddar, or dark chocolate mousse.
