The iconic gin-based spirit made from a secret recipe with herbal botanicals, caramelised orange and warm spices. James Pimm originally designed it in 1840 to aid the digestion of oysters, but is now best known as a drink to enjoy mixed with ice and garnishes throughout the British summer – especially when watching Wimbledon.
