Who's the Scallywag?
He's Cooper the fox terrier in residence at Douglas Laing. He's also a truly charming malt with rich flavours of Christmas pudding, dark chocolate, zesty orange – and vanilla from the bourbon cask ageing. The small-batch bottling is a marriage of the finest Speyside single malts, including Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes, without any colouring or chill-filtration.
