Apple & brioche flavours shine in this perfect apéritif wine
This is a traditional sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It has brioche aromas and high crisp acidity, plenty of bubbles and some minerality on a broad mid-palate.

Jenkyn Place is the brainchild of property investor and entrepreneur, Simon Bladon.
Originally from Yorkshire, Simon and his wife, Rebecca, moved to Jenkyn Place in Hampshire in 1997 and, after extensive renovations, turned their thoughts to the abandoned hop fields next to the property.
The idea of running their own vineyard occurred to Simon and Rebecca during the visit of an auction of old English Oak furniture at Nyetimber Estate. On arrival they were offered a glass of bubbles.
Being particularly impressed, Simon asked what champagne house it was, only to find out that it was not champagne at all but Nyetimber's very own English sparkling wine.
From that point on the idea of running a vineyard would not leave Simon alone and the choice of grape varieties to plant was an easy one.
In 2004 a dream became a reality as the first vines were planted in the field adjacent to the family house.
Today, his daughter Camilla helps Simon in management of the estate. The two of them work alongside each other very well brining in passion and practicality.
When it comes to events throughout the summer and harvest time, the whole family gets involved.
That is when Rebecca and Camilla's younger brothers, Freddie and Jack, jump in. The vineyard is an extension of the garden, and is a big part of the family life.
