Perfect for sustainable sipping, Discarded Banana Peel Rum makes a virtue out of waste. This fruity, sweet rum has a base of Caribbean rum, made using former whisky casks, blended with an extract made from banana peels that would have been thrown away. It’s got lovely toffee notes – think banoffee pie – with the deep, fruity taste of chocolate raisins and crystallised ginger.

Serve neat over ice, mixed with ginger ale, or in a Discarded Banana Peel Daiquiri. Simply shake 50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum, 25ml citrus cordial and 12.5ml sugar syrup with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
