Having grown up in the restaurant trade, wine was no stranger to me and although it took me some time to appreciate its complexity, it has now become a way of life. I've since achieved a level 3 award in wines and spirits from WSET and perfected my wine knowledge to become a wine waiter, then head sommelier before joining the Waitrose Cellar team.

A popular white Burgundy from one of the region's top-performing co-operatives. It's a great introduction to the region, with classical tropical fruit flavours of honey, melon and a rounded, buttery mouth feel.
