You can continue to use your login from the Waitrose Direct website to access your account on this website, Waitrose Cellar. If you wish to buy groceries from the Waitrose website, you will need a separate login.
If you can't remember whether you've registered before, or have forgotten your password, simply send yourself a new password.
If you have only registered to buy online groceries from us at Waitrose, but have never ordered wine, flowers or gifts at Waitrose Direct, you will need to register separately on this website. To save you time and effort, this can be done during the checkout process.

Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your trolley, you can begin the checkout process. You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address(es) when placing future orders. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order’ button. Within approximately 30 minutes of placing your order, you'll be sent an order confirmation email and during this time you can amend your order such as altering the delivery address, gift message or delivery instructions by calling Customer Care on 0800 188 881 between:
8am and 10pm Monday to Friday
8am to 9pm Saturday
9am to 7pm Sunday
