Wines to go with Chocolate
A rich fortified wine makes an excellent match for tempting chocolate. Milk chocolate works best with tawny port, while the richer, weightier flavours of vintage port measure up to the more intense hit of dark chocolate. Sweet sherry is seriously good with white chocolate and for chocolate with caramel, try a fortified Muscat.
