Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin
Inspired by the flora and fauna of the Yattendon Estate
Serve with tonic or fizz, or try in a floradora: shake up 50ml with 20ml fresh lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup, ice cubes and a few raspberries. Strain over ice cubes into a highball glass, then add a dash of ginger ale and a slice of lime.
