Register your card:

To register your card with our specialist shops websites (Cellar, Florist, Kitchen, Gifts, Garden and Pet) please follow these simple steps:

1.) Sign in
2.) Click ‘My account’
3.) Click ‘my Waitrose membership’ (on the left hand side)
4.) Enter the long number on your myWaitrose card

Once you have linked your myWaitrose card to one of our specialist shops you will automatically be linked to them all.

Browse without registering

Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your trolley, you can begin the checkout process. You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address(es) when placing future orders. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.

When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order’ button. Within approximately 30 minutes of placing your order, you'll be sent an order confirmation email and during this time you can amend your order such as altering the delivery address, gift message or delivery instructions by calling Customer Care on 0800 188 881 between:

8am and 10pm Monday to Friday
8am to 9pm Saturday
9am to 7pm Sunday
