Distilled with juniper, angelica root, liquorice, coriander and dried orange, this is a smooth, rounded gin that works perfectly in a G&T. For Johnny’s signature serve, add 50ml Whitley Neill Distiller’s Cut to an ice-filled highball, top up with tonic and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge and a sprig of thyme.
