At Waitrose & Partners we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We use all the security tools at our disposal to protect your personal data and your credit card information from unauthorised access.

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order including: Partnership Card; Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Amex and John Lewis Partnership gift cards. You may use a combination of gift cards and any payment card we accept to pay for your order.

Currently you will not be able to redeem your Partnership Credit Card gift vouchers on the Cellar website. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, and we will reintroduce the ability to redeem your Partnership Credit vouchers as soon as possible. You will still be able to use your Partnership Credit Card to pay for purchases on WaitroseCellar.com and your Partnership Card vouchers can still be redeemed on Waitrose.com, Waitrose shops, JohnLewis.com and John Lewis shops as normal.

John Lewis & Waitrose gift cards can be exchanged for goods in all John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners shops, and can also be used to purchase goods online at Waitrose Cellar. They can also be used to purchase groceries online from the Waitrose.com.
