1 x Château Maris Les Vieilles Vignes, Minervois, France, Alc vol:14.50%

A smooth but powerful wine made from biodynamically tended Syrah, with lovely dark fruit flavours and hints of spice. Bertie Eden is a first-class winemaker whose philosophy is one of minimal intervention. Waitrose has worked with him for more than 10 years. This Vieilles Vignes cuvée is made from the old vine parcels in the best part of the Minervois.

1 x Terre di Faiano Organic Primitivo, Salento, Italy, Alc vol:13.50%

This is the first organic Primitivo made 100% by the appassimento method. It is a ruby-red colour, with complex aromas reminiscent of red cherries, raspberries and redcurrants. The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. On the palate it is full-bodied, supple and smooth, with a long finish. It’s ideal with rich meat dishes.

1 x Villa Cafaggio Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy, Alc vol: 13.5%

Elegant, with refreshing acidity and lots of fine-grained tannin – from the beautiful, organically farmed Villa Cafaggio estate

1 x Marée d’Ione Organic Fiano, Puglia, Italy, Alc vol:12.50%

The Fiano grapes are selected form low-yielding, fully organic vineyards in the Salento area. Made to reflect the characteristics of a wine from the south of Italy, with rich, tropical fruit flavours balanced by bright zestiness, this is wonderfully refreshing. Great served alongside fish and light chicken dishes

1 x Reyneke Organic Chenin Blanc, South Africa, Alc vol:13.50%

A fresh and vibrant Chenin full of apricot and peach flavours with a hint of honeycomb. From one of South Africa's most celebrated producers, this wine has a gorgeous texture and a persistent finish.

1 x De Martino Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Chile, Alc vol: 13%

Made with grapes grown organically on a family-run estate. Sweet aromas of citrus, peach and passion fruit plus crisp, dry flavours make it a good match for seafood or salads.
