Matured for 18 years in two types of oak casks – American and European – both seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch, the European adds subtle spice.

Distinctive single malt with sweetness and warmth

Matured in ex-bourbon American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak casks, this whisky has lovely pear and elderflower aromas with almond and vanilla notes. Drink it neat – or add a few drops of water to bring the biscotti taste to the fore.
