Aperol Spritz

With a vibrant orange hue and unique bittersweet taste, this cocktail, originally from north Italy, has won many fans for its summery vibe. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes, pour in 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water. Stir to mix, garnish with a slice of fresh orange and say 'salute!'
