Matured in ex-bourbon American oak and sherry-seasoned European oak casks, this whisky has lovely pear and elderflower aromas with almond and vanilla notes. Drink it neat – or add a few drops of water to bring the biscotti taste to the fore.

Exceptional single malt with fresh pear and almond biscotti flavours.

Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, then in oloroso sherry casks, this is an excellent example of a sherry cask finish. Hints of orange and lemon peel are interwoven with vanilla pod, salted caramel and Bowmore smokiness.

Matured in the perfect balance of European and American oak casks for 18 years. Finely structured, rich and smooth, with a long, oaky finish. Serve on the rocks and let the ice melt to open the aromas.

Malt Scotch blended with 1% one-year-old wheat and barley ‘sacrificial’ spirit. Aromas and flavours of custard, dark sugars and fresh apple, with herbal notes.
