We take every effort to to ensure the vintage information is displayed on site as accurately as possible by regularly checking our stock and making updates, however changes can occur at any time as stock is constantly refreshed, which may result in a different vintage being supplied

You can use your sign-in details across both waitrose.com and Cellar (no more trying to remember two passwords). To update your account details, visit waitrose.com

Click the top-right button in the website's header that reads Sign In. If on mobile, tap the account icon which will then allow you to enter your email and password. Please note, your login details will work on both waitrose.com and waitrosecellar.com. You can also sign in during the checkout process before completing an order.

To update your personal details, sign in before navigating to the My Account page. You can do this by clicking the My Account button on web or the account icon on mobile. This will open a new tab on waitrose.com where you'll be able to amend any details including: email, password, name, main contact address and marketing preferences.

If you have paper gift vouchers that you’ve earned as a Partnership Credit Card holder, you won’t be able to use them on Waitrose Cellar – but they can be redeemed at waitrose.com or in our shops. We’ll reintroduce the ability to use them on Waitrose Cellar in the future. All other gift cards can be redeemed. You can still make Waitrose Cellar purchases using your Partnership Credit Card.

We regret we are unable to make amendments to an order once it's been placed. If you wish, you may cancel the order and start a new one. To do this, please have your order number to hand and contact our helpful Customer Care team by calling 0800 188 881 between: 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm Saturday 9am to 7pm Sunday

Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way. All deliveries are required to be handed to someone who must confirm that they are over the age of 18.If you are not in, the carrier will attempt delivery to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. Apart from the Isle of Man, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or send products outside the UK, including BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Deliveries and collections are temporarily unavailable in Northern Ireland while we make adjustments in line with new Government legislation.
